Series 95 Vertical sliding unit

Description

A high security vertical sliding system suited to traditional sash windows. Pre-tensioned Torso spring balances fully support the weight of each sash and the frame and lock designs offer significant protection against intruder or blast attack. The product has ‘Secured by Design’ status and is listed in The Red Book. The strengthened glass specifications will also provide high acoustic insulation. Sashes have a 40mm interlock stile and are fitted with twin silicone treated polypropylene pile weatherseals but do not have handles. Glazing must be specified in accordance with BS6262:2005 'Codes of Practice - Glazing for Buildings'
Options include acoustic reveal linings to head and jambs.
All fixings are concealed within the frame, which may be linked to other frames with a colour-matched aluminium mullion/transom section or purpose designed mullions for bay windows.

Maximum sash: 1600mm wide x 1800mm high
Minimum sash: 700mm wide x 700mm high
